1.The agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ForgeOS ("the Service"), provided by ZAV (ForgeOS) ("we", "us"). The Service includes this website, the ForgeOS app at forgecreators.vercel.app, the ForgeOS Chrome extension, Deal Rooms at forgedeals.online (with booking pages, Talk to Forge and the Android Forge Alarm app), and the Forge Creators community.

By subscribing to, signing in to or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.

2.What the Service does

ForgeOS helps you find people to work with, organise and run outreach, follow up, agree a revenue split and sign it. It includes:

  • An outreach workspace: lists, a pipeline board, templates with variations, follow-up reminders and analytics.
  • AI agents that read replies, sort them, draft answers in your voice, send follow-ups and share your booking link.
  • Deal Rooms: one private room per deal, with group chat, files, booked 40-minute Zoom calls, the split calculator and contracts with free built-in e-signing.
  • The Forge Creators community: live sessions, resources and deal flow through Deal Rooms.

Some features can send messages for you, but only on accounts you connect and only in the way you choose. Agents work in approve mode, where they draft and you press send, unless you switch a conversation or agent to automatic sending. Autopilot is off until you turn it on, and you can pause any agent at any time.

3.Who can use it

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract. You must give true information when you sign up.

Deal Rooms needs an active ForgeOS or Forge Creators membership. Scouts and monetized members are approved by the admin before they can use outreach features.

You sign in with your email and a one-time code. Keep access to that inbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

4.Plans, trials and billing

The Service is sold as a monthly subscription through Whop, our billing provider. Current plans are Community at $5 a month, Pro at $15 a month and Agency at $50 a month. Every plan includes every feature of the Service. Plans differ only in limits:

  • Community: 1 seat, 5 Instagram accounts, 2,000 AI credits a month and 10 audits.
  • Pro: 2 seats, 10 Instagram accounts, 3,000 AI credits a month and 25 audits.
  • Agency: 5 seats, 30 Instagram accounts, 6,000 AI credits a month and 40 audits.

Prices, trial length and limits are also shown at checkout, and the checkout is what applies to your purchase.

New subscriptions start with a 3-day free trial. During the trial, trial caps on usage apply. The trial turns into a paid subscription at the end unless you cancel before then. You authorise recurring monthly charges until you cancel. Billing, invoices and payment methods are handled by Whop under its own terms.

5.Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time on Whop. Cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We don't offer refunds. The 3-day free trial is there so you can try everything before you pay, and you can cancel on Whop any time before you are billed. Once a payment has gone through, it is not refunded, and used credits are not refunded either. This does not affect any rights the law gives you that cannot be excluded.

6.Credits

Some features use ForgeOS credits, including AI drafts, audits and phone calls. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and credit packs can be bought on Whop. Drafts written without AI ("draft mode") do not use credits. We may change credit costs and limits, and we will show current limits in the app.

7.AI features

AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Check drafts before you send or approve them. Our AI never promises income or results, and money, contract and call questions are always left for you to answer.

We currently use SenseNova by SenseTime as our main AI provider and Anthropic's Claude as a backup. We may change providers, models or limits at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how AI providers handle your content.

If you turn on phone alerts, an automated voice agent calls the number you saved. You can switch calls off in Settings at any time.

8.Your connected accounts and your messages

  • Connect only Instagram, Gmail and other accounts that you own or are allowed to use.
  • You are responsible for the messages sent from your accounts, including AI drafts you approve and messages your autopilot sends.
  • Follow the rules of Instagram, TikTok, Google, Whop, Zoom and any other platform you use alongside ForgeOS. We are not responsible for actions those platforms take on your accounts.
  • People who say "stop" or "not interested" are put on a do-not-contact list and are not messaged again. Don't try to get around it.

9.Acceptable use

You agree not to use ForgeOS to:

  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or message people who asked you to stop;
  • harass, mislead, deceive or defraud anyone, including by making income claims or promising results;
  • collect, store or use personal data unlawfully;
  • impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your role in a deal;
  • break the law, or interfere with the Service or other people's use of it.

We may suspend or end access for misuse (section 16).

10.Splits, contracts and e-signing

Deal Rooms gives you tools to agree a revenue split and sign agreements: a split calculator, pre-written Creator, Monetized member, Scout and Affiliate agreements, and a Split contract that the room admin sends in the chat, auto-filled with the agreed split.

Signing is free. Each signer types their legal name, draws or types a signature and agrees to sign electronically. The text locks after the first signature, each signature has an audit trail, and the signed PDF is saved in the room.

The parties to an agreement are responsible for reading it, for its terms and for keeping to it. Where ForgeOS is itself a party to a split, its share is set by that signed agreement. We provide the tools, not legal advice: if you are unsure whether an agreement suits your situation or how electronic signatures are treated where you live, ask a lawyer.

11.Affiliate program

Affiliates generate their own Whop affiliate link in the affiliate tool and earn a 40% recurring commission on each subscription they refer, for as long as that member stays subscribed. Commissions are tracked and paid through Whop under its terms.

Affiliates must share their link honestly: no income claims, no promised results and no spam. We may remove affiliates who break these rules.

12.Your data

Your outreach data (people, notes, templates, images, messages) is stored in your workspace in our database, as described in the Privacy Policy. You keep ownership of it. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service to you.

Keep your own copies of anything important. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

13.Third-party platforms

ForgeOS works with Instagram, Google, Whop, Zoom and other services through their official tools, with your permission. ForgeOS is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Meta, Instagram, Google, Whop or Zoom. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

14.Our software

The Service, its software, design and content (other than your data and the content you create) belong to ForgeOS and are protected by law. While your subscription is active we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own work. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or copy the Service.

15.No promises of results

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it running and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

We do not promise any outreach results, replies, partnerships or income. Any figures shown in the app or on this website, including example splits and example data, are illustrations, not promises. What you earn depends on the work you and your partners put in.

16.Suspension and ending

You can disconnect accounts or stop using the Service at any time, and cancel your subscription on Whop. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, misuse the Service or put other people at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 10, 15, 17 and 19) continue after your access ends.

17.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ForgeOS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost deals, lost data, or actions taken by third-party platforms on your accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 3 months before the claim.

18.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are posted here with a new date. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

19.Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
